Booking a stay at Reddy’s Orchard is a simple and straightforward process. However, we do have some guidelines that we request all our guests to follow. These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests.

Booking Process

• Check Availability: Before making a booking, please check the availability of our farm stay for your desired dates.
• Make a Booking: Once you’ve confirmed the availability, you can proceed to make a booking. Please provide all the necessary details accurately.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various modes of payment for your convenience.

Stay Guidelines

Please note that it's a non-AC farm house.

FOOD & BEVERAGES:

Please carry sufficiently your entire food & Beverages along with disposable plates and glasses

DOOR DELIVERY FROM RESTAURANT:

There's a restaurant located about 5 kms from farm on NH 44, they deliver food regularly to our guests at farm on door delivery basis, contact details and menu card will be provided

COOKING:

We do not have Cook, however if you have plans to cook, we do have a pantry outside the villa near the BBQ enclosure and any cooking has to be done in the pantry located outside the villa ONLY. Guests can bring all their cooking needs like kitchen equipment's/utensils/Gas cylinder & stove etc.....In case you're unable to bring along inform our caretakers during check-in they will get the Gas cylinder/stove & cooking utensils on hire and the amount towards hire charges may be directly paid to caretakers.

MUSIC SYSTEM:

We do not provide music system, however you can bring your own SMALL handy Bluetooth speakers of max 20 Watts output if interested. Playing of music must be stopped & not permitted beyond 10 PM STRICTLY. Please handover the speaker to our caretakers by 10 PM and the same can be collected back during check out

CARETAKERS:

Caretakers are available for housekeeping and general maintenance of the farm only & they are available from 10 AM to 10 PM only.

DRINKING WATER:

RO Drinking water purifier is available, however guests are advised to bring along some water bottles/cans as a precaution in case there is power failure

WIFI:

Wi-Fi facility is available, user credentials will be provided upon check-in, but the internet speeds are not consistent and you may experience connection drops and slow connectivity. Mobile data are inconsistent sometimes as there are no towers located in close proximity of this village, hence it is erratic sometimes......however phone connectivity is fine

Planning for Barbeque?

Just carry your marinated veg/Non veg stuff and COAL, We have a separate enclosure for making BBQ adjacent to the pool

Bring along COAL & enjoy preparing on your OWN, We will provide you with skewers/mesh & brush

Note:

If you are unable to bring along COAL, pls inform our caretakers well in advance to arrange Coal, the cost of Coal may be directly paid to caretakers

Our Caretakers will be delighted to light up the Coal for you for preparation of BBQ

VEG & NON-VEGETARIAN RESTAURANT:

Door delivery at the Farm
In case you wish to order your food, the following Restaurant provides Farm delivery services. SWEET & HOT FAMILY RESTAURANT: located around 6 Kms from our farmhouse near Manohara bad on NH 44, contact person Mr. NAREN REDDY ....11 AM to 11 PM......pls check with them in advance since they will be closed during some days.......Mob: 9849617377/9951151428.

PETTY SHOP at our Wintergreen farm houses community:

There's a small petty shop located in our Wintergreen community with miscellaneous items like Eggs/chips/soft drinks/bread/biscuits/noodles/soda/water bottles/water Cans/disposable paper plates/disposable plastic glasses & coffee/Tea etc.

You can also order some Veg & Non-Veg food items but need to check with them and order well in advance

SWIMMING POOL SIZE & WATER LEVELS:

Pool size: Length 26 ft & Width15 ft: The immediate depth of the pool is 4 feet 6 inches at the pool ladder point and the highest depth point is 5 feet 6 inches. Therefore as a safety measure we do not top up the pool water up to the brim and the water levels are maintained little less up till the Handle grab Bar levels.

Pls bring along your pool accessories like inflatable rings/tubes/goggles etc. in case you need them.

In case if you feel the water level has to be increased, you are at liberty to advise the caretakers & they will oblige to fill up additional water solely at your risk.

Enjoy BONFIRE during this chill winter nights under the moon lit starry skies.

If you wish to have Bonfire......you may inform the caretakers in advance during check-in and pay some nominal amount to them to organize firewood, they would be delighted to light up fire for BONFIRE

Though COVID has subdued......however it is requested to maintain hygiene protocols & request your kind cooperation and the following guidelines:

1. Please ensure to wash your hands during entry to farm.... we have placed water and liquid hand soap/sanitizer right at entrance.

2. Carry soaps & towels

3. Please use hand sanitizer if necessary

4. Please confine yourself to our farm and not to move around the community neighborhood to avoid neighbor farm owners interference

*LIQUOR RULES AS PER EXCISE ACT OF GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA:*

Please note the liquor policy of Telangana Govt-Excise laws permits to store in the premises as follows:

IMFL up to Maximum of 4.50 liters ( 6 bottles of 750 ML of each bottle)

BEER/Wine up to Maximum of 6.50 liters ( 10 bottles of 650 ML each bottle)

In case you're carrying liquor/Beer beyond the permissible quantity, you should obtain permit from Excise Dept. Breach of law as per Excise rules act would attract legal implications.
